The main gitlab server seems to be down. This is a standby instance, that is running as a failover. It is meant to be read only.
Data might not be up to date, it was restored from a backup taken on Fri Dec 27 02:30:19 UTC 2024
Use git tag command to add a new one: git tag -a v1.4 -m 'version 1.4'
